  • AM HAPPY GRATITUDE JOURNAL

    AM HAPPY by Happy Movement is your new interactive gratitude journal that allows you to practice and keep track of what you are grateful for, while connecting with the world in a more humane way to become a more positive, practical, and purposeful human being.

    Step 1 - Fill out your gratitude entries

     

    -In the gratitude section, every night before you go to bed, fill out your gratitude lens by writing down 3 amazing things that happened during your day and you are grateful for. This will help you to change your perspective and focus on positive things in your life.

     

    -After completing your 3 entries, you can rate how happy and grateful you felt that day from 1 to 5 stars. You can always go back to your journal section to change or fill out a gratitude entry that you forgot to input one day.

     

    Remember, there's always, always, always, something to be grateful for!

    Step 2 - Gain positive perspective

     

    -In the perspective section, every day when you wake up, you will receive a random gratitude entry from someone else across the world. This will allow you to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and gain daily positive perspective.

     

    -You can always go back to the perspective section and read previous records that you received. If the person that you got the message from has a public profile, you will be able to see more information about them.

     

    Be thankful for those that are tuned into your frequency. They are your reminders that on the deepest level of our existence, WE ARE ONE.

    Step 3 - Keep track

     

    -In the home section you can keep track of your happitude flow, and see how it increases each time you add a gratitude entry.

     

    -In the journal section, you can go back and view your weekly and monthly entries. This will allow you to take a look at your life from a higher perspective and retrieve activities and habits you want to practice more often.

     

    -In the tips section you can access ideas to get inspired and increase your readiness to tackle life’s ups and downs.

     

    Because it’s the grateful people who are happy, and happy people are successful!

    'Ignited by the true passion for sharing and connecting with the people and the world around us'

    The Happy Movement project started with two friends from Guatemala who met in Australia while studying and adapting to a new world outside of their comfort zone. They were extremely grateful for what life has given them and also shared the same true passion for sharing and connecting with the people and the world around them. Soon after they met, they started challenging the way they interacted with their friends and questioning what happiness really meant to them. With no further warning, this became a social game and experiment that fueled both of their curious minds and brought them closer together.

     

    One day, after sharing and questioning their own world view and perspective of happiness over a coffee, they came to the conclusion that what had sparked their friendship was their common appreciation for life, their ability to look at things from a positive perspective, and their drive to find positive habits that allowed them to easily bond and find meaningful relationships with others. This realization not only strengthened their own life purpose and reason to live, but helped them structure their common definition of happiness, which they now want to share with the whole world.

    But now what? How do we apply this simple, yet complex math equation into our daily lives? And especially, how do we not only share this equation with the world, but are also able to make a positive impact in other people's lives? These were the questions that led them to start this life project and create a set of positive, practical, and purposeful tools to challenge human well-being and build a happier world together
